Why tHIS WORK is so important to me:
I grew up in Italy, where people place an extremely high value on food. The average Italian spends 38% or their income on food, as compared to the average American spending 8% on food. Not only that: Italians focus on quality, fresh, local food that’s pesticide-free and culturally appropriate.
When I immigrated to the States, I was confused. All the restaurant food was brown, everybody drove everywhere, and grocery store produce was wrapped in plastic. People were moving quickly, not stopping to have a conversation, and seasonal rituals seemed absent from family rhythms.
I LEFT AN INTACT FOOD CULTURE.
We’re not meant to gobble down our meals on the run or use meal replacements. Eating is an opportunity to slow down, check in with our mental state, and enjoy the moment. Eating offers an opportunity for daily self care and a way to manifest our future self.
I have grown tired of the fad diets and books that prescribe one way of eating for all people. We each have changing needs and thrive when we eat culturally appropriate foods in relation with our surroundings. As a Board Certified Nutritionist as well as a student of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Somatics, I have the tools and knowledge to help you hear your body’s messages for nourishment.

I am here to help you create your specific wellness plan including custom ancestral meal plans and recipes, herbal recommendations, breathwork tools, movement support, and intuitive eating guidance. Together, we can transform your symptoms into signposts on the path to greater well-being.
With my 90 Day Health Accelerator, you will gain the support and accountability you need to change your eating habits for good. We will do a deep dive consultation into your health history and goals, check in weekly both via phone and email, and co-create meal plans and recipes tailored to you.
Ultimately, I want to make myself obsolete. You will have a deeper understanding of how to live in partnership with your body and how to maintain a strong and resourced foundation so that you can be in community and stay flexible with food.
